Male, born in Shouguang, Shandong in August 1945. Party member of Communist Party of China; professor and doctoral supervisor of Department of Chemistry & Environmental Science, Shandong University; graduated from Chemistry Department of Shandong University in 1969, graduated from Chemistry Department of Shandong University in 1981 and obtained Master’s degree, learned in South Carolina University from 1988 to 1991, assumed the dean and branch party secretary of Chemistry College from 1997 to 1999, now as the director of Salinization Chemical Research Institute of Shandong University, the director of Shandong Chemical Technology Academy of Chinese Chemical Society, the chairman of Inorganic Chemistry Professional Committee, and the director of Shandong Association of Refrigeration; a top talent on technology in Shandong, enjoying special allowance of the State Council. He mainly researches liquid-liquid system and solvent extraction chemistry and inorganic material chemistry to perform material synthesis and matter separation research. He has published master works of Solvent Extraction Chemistry, and 160 essays in famous magazines such as Chemistry Journal and J.Amer.Chem,Soc, and these essays have won 1 Third Prize for Science and Technology Progress of State Education Commission, 1 Second Prize for Science and Technology Advancement in Shandong, and other prizes; he has trained 14 master degree candidates and 6 doctoral students. His applied research is mainly involved in extraction and application of sea inorganic substances in the ocean industry, synthetic chemistry and process of special inorganic salts, and action and value of inorganic salt under extreme conditions, and has obtained 3 inventive patents, 5 achievements identified by Provincial Technological Committee, and 1 “Eighth Five-year” key promotion program of State Science and Technology Commission, and assumed 1 national fund item, and 5 Provincial Science and Technology Commission items.
