1.Product introduction
Colloidal Silica is a colloidal system in which amorphous silica nano particles are dispersed in water.Its chemical molecular formula is mSiO2?nH2O.Since the 1940s, China began to industrialize its products, and China's silica sol started late. The product category, quality and use effect are still far from the developed countries.
Yinfeng began to produce colloidal silica by “silicon hydrolysis method”from 2002.It is made from silicon. Under the action of catalyst (sodium hydroxide, etc.), the product is needed to react with water. Principle of this method is simple, but in order to realize the product particle size uniformity and stability of the production is very difficult, the company in the long-term production practice out by adjusting the proportion of raw material (such as the raw material of silicon powder particle size grading, the ratio of silicon powder - water - catalyst)reaction temperature and so on to control the chemical reaction speed, so as to control the particle size accurately.
In 2014, The company began to adopt the "water glass ion exchange process"  to produce some large-sized silica sol , to meet the diversified demand of the market.
After years of development, the company’s current silicon sol annual production capacity exceed 50000 tons. It contains 10 major categories, more than 40 varieties of stable type, including alkaline, acidic, neutral and different stabilizers, surface modification and other types. Our products has a low content of impurities, uniform particles, and the advantages of compact structure, good sphericity, are widely used in precision casting, refractory material, painting, coating, paper making, textile, food, electronic, chemical mechanical polishing, catalyst carrier, Pickering emulsion method of synthetic resin, and other fields, generally well received by customers at home and abroad.

  Company’s silica sol are packaged in 20/25Kg、200/250Kg、1000/1200 Kg IBC drum or 16-20 ton flexibag .Prevent exposure and freezing, the best storage and transportation temperature is 0~40 degrees ,10-30℃ is the best ; Avoid exposure to long-term air contact. Storage containers of silica sol, rinse with water as soon as possible, lest silica drying, deposits.If it is sedimentary ,can be removed by 10% sodium hydroxide at 50- 60 ℃.
